How Do I assemble the RoadRail Racing System?

Assembly is easy. The RoadRail system is made up of rails, domes, fasteners and grip. Peel off your grip carefully and place on both rails and domes. Each rail should get 4 pieces. Each dome gets 6 pieces. The RoadRails connect either to additional rails or to domes. Position your pieces and then using a rivet, fasten the pieces together by just pushing it through.

Note: you may need an automatic screw driver to assist with replacement of rivets.

How Do I disassemble the RoadRail Racing System?

Your RoadRails come with fasteners which are rivets. The rivets are basically a screw with an anchor. They require an electric screwdriver to take apart properly without stripping. Drill out your screws and make sure to place them in a bag or box where they won’t get lost. Take each rail and stack on top of each other. Take each dome and stack on top of each other. You do not need to take off the roadrail grip. Once it has adhered to your rails and domes it is there to stay.

How can I create a barrier?

Take extra RoadRails and invert them at designated intersections. Simply add them to the fasteners and you now have an effective barrier system. Rails are sold in packs of 25. Buy an additional pak to successfully build your own hop up kit.

What are the sizes of the rails and domes?

Each rail is 6’ long, 1 ½” high and is domelike and weighs approximately 1.75 lbs. They are specially designed to keep from damaging cars constantly like 2x4’s or pvc pipes.

Each Dome is 12” in diameter. They sit approximately 1” high and are the perfect disc shape to help create turns and intersections.

How long does it take to complete my order?

The RoadRail system takes 2 weeks from the time the order is placed to receipt at your doorstep. We cannot guarantee items to be available at the time of order. If they are not, you will receive scheduled notification of when they will be available and when you can expect to receive your system.

How is my order sent?

We ship via FedEX Ground services. You have the option to select a priority or standard service, but it can be costly. FedEx Ground normally takes 5-7 business days from pick-up to drop-off.
