About Us

HyperHobbies, Inc. was founded by Steve Zwonitzer, Industrial Designer and owner of Propane Creative.

Steve went to Auburn University where he mastered in Industrial Design. He has been a R/C Car enthusiast and used to race during his lunch breaks at his first job. After repeated wear and tear on his 1/10 touring vehicle he started to think of ways he could minimize the damage to his car by designing a specially molded track. Not only did it keep his cars from crashing into the sides of 2x4 boards, but it began to have curb appeal as well.

As he saw his design coming to life he realized the benefit of having a portable, modular system. This allowed for flexibility in storage, transportation and set-up. What started as a hobby turned into a global business. To this day, RoadRails are sold all over the world for hobbyists alike to enjoy.
