Shipping Terms

If we are out of stock, your order will be used as a place holder on our waiting list.  Each order is shipped on a first come, first serve basis.  Once your order is placed, it may take up to 6 weeks for us to ship if we're out of stock.

 

Standard Shipping and handling charges within the contiguous 48 states are based upon the cost of your order which directly relates to the size and weight of the shipment.

Shipping quotes will be provided once your order has been placed.

Standard Shipping Charges:

• $50-$149 = $25
• $150-$299.99 = $50
• $300-$649.99 = $150
• $650-$1199.99 = $250
• $1200 and up = $375

Shipping Restrictions

We can not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide us with a street address when submitting your shipping information.

For any order with over $300 shipping cost, a signature will be required upon delivery.

What Ground Delivery Means

Ground Delivery may take up to 7-10 business days from the time the order is picked up in Atlanta to the time of deliver.  Please note that we will notify you of delays if your track is not in stock.

Why Don't I See Faster Shipping Options?

We only offer Ground shipping services at this time due to the weight and dimensions of your RoadRail System.
